How to Apply for a Dental Hygiene Contribution

Conditions for Receiving the Contribution:

1. Insured persons must provide proof of payment for dental hygiene services, which must not be older than 3 months.

What is Not Covered by the Contribution?

• The contribution does not cover dental examinations, non-hygienic procedures, or dental care products such as toothbrushes, mouthwash, and similar items.

How to Apply

1. You can apply online via the VoZP client portal or the Zdraví na klik mobile application.
2. Alternatively, the application can be submitted in person or by post using the form available on the insurance company’s website.
3. The insurance company accepts applications until December 31, 2024.

Contribution Payment

1. Payment is made cashless to the bank account specified on the application form.
